Here's where I'll write my thoughts on things I've watched/read/listend to!
Here's the list we've put together of some of our favorite shows! For me, it'll be a mix of rewatches and new experiences! Looking forward to finally getting to see FMA and Baki.
Got the itch to replay one of my favorite GameCube games! Played (and recorded!) this on real hardware, I'll post the link to the longplay below. This game will always hold up as a classic :P
We're currently watching this. I'm excited to finally get my chance to see it. We're watching the DVD version, if there's a Blu-ray... I couldn't find it.
Another short and sweet one. Rewatched this one also with Preston and Dev. I love GOLDEN BOY so, so much. Great animation, great soundtrack and hilariously raunchy. Though it is more than that, Kintarou is a decent guy at his core... it just doesn't help we hear his intrusive thoughts as the audience. We watched the Blu-ray and it looked great! We also finished this one up in a day.
Rewatched this with Preston and Dev. Short and sweet, although confusing at times. That's what I like about it! I enjoyed this rewatch just to take in the animation and music. We (unfortunately) watched the Blu-ray version this time around, though there was no real winner as the DVD rips are also kinda bad... between artifacting and AI noise reduction... I'd take the noise reduction. Overall, I enjoyed my time spent with this, we watched it all in a day! Never really got into the later seasons... I'll watch them eventually.
Rewatched this with Preston and Dev. Marcus, Mike and Diam occasionally popped in, but Preston and Dev were here the whole time. All time classic shonen, literally everything past it's release has traces of this within it (for better or for worse :P.) It has everything, fights, drama, animation and music are all perfect. All the arcs are just the perfect length, too. We watched the Blu-ray version and it was beautiful... definitely keeping it downloaded.
Have been reading this weekly since I caught up in 2018. So excited to see what the final saga has in store for us! :P Elbaph is shaping up to be an awesome arc!
